Entrusted to consolidate multiple office locations across the Atlanta metro area into one central hub, MWM Group oversaw every facet of this project from conception to completion. MWM identified an opportunity to substantially reduce the client’s annual lease expenses by repositioning the asset and negotiating a lease that offered a long-term, cost-effective workplace. Following the transaction, MWM assembled a team of architects, engineers, contractors, technology consultants and furniture suppliers to ensure the office met the specific needs of over 1,000 employees.
